How to restart work units

Restarting all work units

If you experience any errors, time outs or you abort a job, you can restart all frames in the backend. If your job showed many errors please fix them before restarting.

1. Go to  https://control.vswarm.com/jobs to manage your jobs
2. If your job is inactive click on "Show all jobs" to see it.
3. On the right side of the table you find the column "Actions". Click on the Link "Work units".
4. At the top of the new web page, you find the menu to "restart" jobs. Select here which jobs you want to restart.
   1. Aborted : This will restart all work units you aborted.
   2. Errors : this will restart all work units that had errors.
   3. Done : This will restart all work units that were successfully completed.

Restarting single work units

If you want to restart a small number of work units click the "Restart" link of the work unit you would like to restart in the actions column in the work unit view. To go to the work unit view of a job:

1. Go to  https://control.vswarm.com/jobs to manage your jobs
2. If your job is inactive click on "Show all jobs" to show it.
3. On the right side of the table you find the column "Actions". Click on the Link "Work units".
