Waiting for Job but high CPU Usage

Description

If there is no job the VM should not use 40 - 50 % of the CPU... Do not know anything specific

it looks as if this occurs in case of a time out of the job. We do not stop the processing --> and if there is no new job, the running job is not stopped and therefore the vm waits but is still processing the last work unit with a time out...
Just an idea.
